Barn Stories from Roxbury, Connecticut
Commissioned by the Roxbury Connecticut Historic District Commission, Barn Stories from Roxbury, Connecticut originated as a state preservation grant to survey agricultural buildings in the town. The HDC expanded the project into this book, which includes commissioned contemporary images of the majority of barns and accessory structures in the town, together with images from the town’s historic archives. The project received the Connecticut Preservation Award from the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation.
